I’m Andrea, born in Lugano on December 4, 1968, and living in London with my family since 2014.

My professional journey combines a strong technical background with many years of management and leadership experience. I started my career as a software developer before moving into project and product management, where I gained hands-on experience in building, growing, and scaling digital products and technology-driven businesses. Over the years, I naturally evolved into more strategic and leadership-focused roles, supported by an MBA and extensive international managerial experience.

Today, I enjoy connecting technology, business strategy, and operational execution to help organisations grow in a sustainable and innovative way. I’m passionate about creating practical solutions, supporting teams, and contributing to projects that can generate real long-term value.

Since 2018, I have also been a Committee Member of Unione Ticinese, an organisation I proudly support with enthusiasm, particularly in technical and logistical activities.

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and hiking, which helps me stay active, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors whenever possible.
